-A 5% buyers premium will be applied to all online purchases, not to exceed $1500 per successful lot.

​-Nenow Auction is not responsible for connection or poor computer issues during live bidding process.

​-Agreement with terms and conditions must be accepted before online bidding can occur. 

-Everything is sold 'As-Is'.  Please inspect the item you are interested in before purchase.

​-All bidders must obtain a bidding number prior to auction sale.  ID is required to receive a bidding number. Please have your ID out of wallet and ready to be scanned.

-All purchases are to be paid in full day of auction.

​-All items must be removed within 1 week of auction date.
